The 13th amendment prohibited slavery.
"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
This is basically saying that slavery is not allowed in the U.S. or anywhere the U.S. has some power.

The 14th amendment granted civil rights for ex-slaves.
1: "Ex-slaves made citizens; U.S. citizenship primary"
2: "When a state denies citizens the vote, its representation shall be reduced"

15th Amendment...
The 15th Amendment was suffrage for blacks.
1: The right of the citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the U.S. or by any state on account of race, color, or previous servitude
2:The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
