KKK...
- The symbol is a cross with a circle and blood drop in the middle. The blood in the middle is supposed to represent the blood that Jesus shed for the sacrafice for the White Aryan Race.
- The KKK was also called "The Invisible Empire"
- The KKK wanted to "keep blacks in their place"
- They would shoot into peoples homes, lynch black families, burn down the homes of the black families, kill those who opposed them, and kidnapped black people and took them to a secret place to hang them.
- The KKK was hardly ever arrested because they either moved too much to be caught or the police that knew agreed with them and did not want them to get arrested.
- The KKK was slowly dying out during the 40s because of the severe punishments and the step up in capturing them . There are still Klan members around today, but most are inactive because of the fear of getting caught and punished.
